Citromax AKUT is a special product for maintaining the good health of the upper respiratory tract, with extracts of bitter orange, pelargonium, and Indian skullcap. Citromax AKUT capsules ensure fast and long-lasting effects, thanks to the special microencapsulation technology that gradually releases active ingredients.

Peppermint oil supports the normal and effective functioning of the immune system.

Eucalyptus oil supports the good health of the respiratory tract, soothes the throat and pharynx, and has a calming effect on the vocal cords.

Pelargonium extract and Indian skullcap support the good health of the respiratory tract naturally.

Ingredients: gelatin, anti-caking agent maize starch, emulsifier microcrystalline and ethylcellulose, extract of pelargonium (Pelargonium sidoides) roots, extract of Indian skullcap (Andrographis paniculata) leaves, extract of bitter orange (Citrus aurantium), natural glazing agent shellac, lemon (Citrus limonum), peppermint (Mentha piperita), and eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) oils.

Usage: 1 extended-release capsule per day. Children from 6 years old: 1 capsule per day. Children over 12 years old and adults: a loading dose of 2 capsules per day for 3 days.

Warnings: Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a balanced and diverse diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children!

Citromax Akut can be used from the age of 6.
Is Citromax Akut suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use. Although Citromax Akut contains natural ingredients, they have not been sufficiently studied during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
How should Citromax Akut capsules be taken?
Citromax Akut contains extracts of pelargonium and Indian skullcap, which are effective as soon as the first symptoms appear. Its effectiveness lies in preventing the pathogen from adhering to the mucous membranes, multiplying, and progressing. Take a Citromax Akut capsule as soon as you feel a tickle in your throat or itch in your nose. From the age of 6, take 1 capsule per day. For those aged 12 and above, and adults, take 2 capsules per day for 3 days. After that, take 1 capsule per day.
Can the Citromax Akut capsule be opened?
Yes, if you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, you can open it and place the micro-pellets in your mouth. It’s important to know that the micro-pellets should not be chewed.
Can Citromax Akut capsules be taken with other cold remedies?
Yes, this product can be taken with other cold remedies for up to 7 days.
Does Citromax Akut help if a cold has already developed?
The sooner you start treatment with Citromax Akut, the better the results. Citromax Akut contains citrus bioflavonoids derived from bitter orange, which reduce swelling and help expel secretions.
Does Citromax Akut help with nasal congestion?
Sometimes, the most unpleasant part of a cold is the nasal congestion, as it is bothersome and disrupts normal sleep. Citromax Akut provides strong relief for a blocked nose. The essential oils of lemon, peppermint, and eucalyptus help open the airways and significantly ease breathing during a viral period.
Can long-term use of cold medicine cause dependency?
Citromax Akut contains only natural ingredients and therefore does not cause dependency. It contains synephrine derived from bitter orange, which is a natural alternative to pseudoephedrine found in regular cold medications. Prolonged use of pseudoephedrine for more than 7 days may cause dependency. Synephrine does not.
Can Citromax Akut cause side effects?
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, this product is not suitable for you.
How long can the product be used once opened?
If you have stored Citromax Akut capsules under the correct conditions, the capsules can be used until the expiry date. Keep the product at room temperature and in a dry place, avoiding high temperatures and direct sunlight. Do not use the capsules after the expiry date.
