Vitamin C Pro Expert contains neutral, non-acidic Vitamin C and organic chelated iron in microcapsules, ensuring controlled and gradual release of active ingredients. This makes Vitamin C Pro Expert capsules provide both fast and long-lasting effects.

Vitamin C Pro Expert’s Vitamin C is non-acidic, making it well-tolerated even for those with a sensitive digestive system.

Vitamin C and iron support the normal, efficient functioning of the immune system and help reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Vitamin C enhances iron absorption. This product is well-suited for adolescents in their growth phase, mature women, and the elderly.

Neutral and long-acting Vitamin C	250 mg (312%)
Chelated organic iron (II)	25 mg (178%)

Ingredients

Usage
From 11 years of age: 1 sustained-release capsule 1 to 2 times daily.

ProExpert Vitamin C with iron contains organic iron (iron bisglycinate), which is a stomach-friendly form of iron. Iron bisglycinate does not cause unpleasant side effects such as constipation, stomach pain, nausea, or gastric irritation.

How long should the iron treatment course last?

Iron stores in the body replenish slowly, and insufficient treatment duration increases the likelihood of recurrent iron deficiency. For mild iron deficiency, treatment usually lasts 3–4 months. In cases of low iron reserves, treatment may need to continue for six months to a year to normalize iron levels in the body.

When is the best time to take ProExpert Vitamin C capsules with iron?

Ideally, take this preparation one hour before breakfast. If taking Vitamin C with iron on an empty stomach causes discomfort (nausea, gastric irritation, stomach pain), it should be taken after a light meal. Avoid consuming tea, coffee, and dairy products simultaneously, as they reduce iron absorption.

Yes, if you cannot swallow the capsule, you may open it and pour its contents into your mouth. It is important not to chew the micro pellets but to swallow them whole with water.
